About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Product Designers and UX professionals interested in contributing to an advanced AI research project focused on product design quality, user experience, and design preferences.
You'll apply your professional design expertise to evaluate product experiences, provide informed UX feedback, and make design decisions that help improve how AI systems understand and evaluate digital products.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional Product Design or UX experience, preferably at a leading technology company or established product organization.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or comparable professional design tools.
- Ability to create and evaluate high-quality product mockups and interface designs.
- Strong understanding of user experience, user journeys, interaction design, and product usability.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, actionable feedback on product experiences and design decisions.
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide thoughtful, evidence-based design recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate product designs and digital experiences based on usability, visual quality, consistency, and user experience.
- Create or review product mockups and interface concepts.
- Analyze user journeys, interaction flows, and product experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide detailed feedback on design decisions, layouts, interactions, and overall product quality.
- Apply professional design judgment to evaluate different product experiences and design approaches.
- Contribute insights that help improve AI systems' ability to understand product design and user experience preferences.
Assessment & Engagement
- Selected candidates may be required to complete a paid assessment before receiving an offer.
- Assessment details and next steps will be provided to qualified applicants.
- Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- The engagement is flexible and project-based.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $50–$125/hour.
